Shipping, Returns and Damages
Plants and accessories are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our best efforts. If your plant or accessory arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order number, photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible and we'll replace it. If your damaged plant, or accessory is no longer in stock we will refund you or offer a replacement.
Due to the perishable & delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages. As with all living things the appearance of the plant may differ slightly to the one delivered due to natural variants, every plant is unique.
If you are looking to return an unwanted item you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping, just email admin@buttercupsandbobbins, with your order number, and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the same condition that it was sent out.
Local pick up:
If you have selected to pick up in store, you will receive a notification via email once your order is ready to be collected.
